Fabulous 1970s Vintage Halter Top mini dress. Cotton with an irresistible flower print. The halter top buttons behind the neck, flattering ruched waistband, and very short flared skirt. Perfectly designed for maximum adorableness! Terrific as a dress but you could also wear it as a long tunic top.
