Oh so chic vintage cocktail dress. bemberg rayon in black with white dots. Shirtmaker style with buttons all the way down the front. Create a scandal in this lovely tailored dress by varying the number of buttons you 'forget' to do up. The buttons are nice carved plastic ones. The fabric has a silk effect with neps and slubs. Stand out pockets on each hip. Flared swing skirt. The shoulders have little kimono style 'sleeves' that peak over the shoulder. Never worn. Bust 42"-44" waist 39" hips to 48"
