De-Lovely Sheer Forties Fit and Flare dress in a Dotted Swiss. Dark navy blue nylon (with a crisp feel) adorned with white textured dots. Shirtmaker construction with pearly white buttons all the way down the front. A single pocket on one hip. Lace trim on the charming oversized collar and sleeve cuffs.
