1930s-40s Wool Swim Suit

Vintage wool swim trunks in a knit with a horizontal twisted lined. Self belt with cool nickel plated buckle. Coin pocket with cat's eye button. Simple self lining in front. Never worn. A couple minor darns should be hard to find. While they are tagged 32, they measure 27" perhaps if put on while wet they would indeed be 32 ?
