Late 50s Surf Tee

Vintage surfing t-shirt. We're not sure what PJs refers to? surf shop? Beach hangout? The cartoon surf bum design is super charming. The shirt was found in an old store as unworn but has stains and a factory repair- a second quality shirt probably. Cotton jersey. This is the earliest surf tee we've ever seen.The condition is fresh apart from the spots. Size 12 boys. Chest 32"-34"
