1960s Mod Dress Never worn!

Mod Sixties Dress with Carnaby Street influenced design. Peter Pan collar with striped cravat. Empire waist wth faux leather skinny belt. Vertical striped skirt in garnet, yellow and black stripe. Definitely has a MOD take on a English School Uniform dress feel to it.. Acetate, Rayon, and Cotton Blend. Never worn with tag (Junior Petite by Carol Rodgers). Bust 34", Empire waist, Hips 34", Length 38".
