A rare find. "Man Tailored" Green oversize herringbone tweed weave with red, white and royal blue flecks. 100% wool. Top stitched patch pockets. Wide peaked lapel. Smashing hourglass silhouette with dramatic shoulders and capped sleeves. Emerald green ribbed satin lining. Full length skirt with slight flare has not been shortened. The skirt is unlined. A Miss Raliegh from Raleigh Habberdashery on Pennsylvania Avenue Washington DC. Worn by a State Deptment employee through the war years.
