Vintage Flapper Era Black Velvet Tunic Top

1910s-20s black wool and velvet with a cow spot design in the nap.  Belted with self belt attached. Largely solid and wearable with two areas that will need mending. A cruduely mended elbow wear could use attention and the upper shoulder lining. A classic piece with oodles of style. Pullover style without openings to aid donning.
