Gorgeous intricately embroidered Oaxacan Tehuana Huipil blouse. A style adopted by Frida Kahlo and worn her whole life as an expression of her Mexican heritage and to celebrate the strength and power of Zapotec women. This example is likely from the 1960s-70s. Hand embroidered on a silk like fabric that has the handfeel of fine cotton like pima and lined in a polka dot on white cotton. No flaws have been noted. Bust 36" with some positive ease for fit.
